Business Information & Jurisdiction
Audrey Tarris Photography is based in Nevada and serves clients locally, nationally, and internationally. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, regardless of where the session takes place or where the client resides.
Booking & Session Fees
A session is considered officially booked once a retainer or creation fee is paid and a contract is signed. Session fees secure your date and photographer’s time and are applied according to the agreed services.
Rescheduling Policy
All sales are final. However, if you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule subject to availability. We kindly request as much notice as possible. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within a mutually agreed timeframe. No refunds are issued for cancellations or unused sessions.
Products, Orders & Turnaround Time
All product sales are final once ordered. Product turnaround times typically range from 4–8 weeks, depending on the product type, production timelines, and shipping. Audrey Tarris Photography works with professional labs and artisans and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, but every effort is made to meet stated timelines.

Digital Files & Printing Policy
Digital files are provided only with the purchase of artwork and correspond exclusively to the images selected for prints or products. These digital files are delivered as fully retouched, low-resolution images intended for personal digital use only and are not approved for printing. All physical prints and products must be ordered directly through Audrey Tarris Photography to ensure professional quality and artistic integrity. -
Commercial & Business Headshots:
Digital files are included based on the agreed output size, usage, and licensing terms outlined in your contract. Usage rights are defined per project and industry standards.
All delivered digital images are fully retouched and represent the final artistic interpretation of Audrey Tarris Photography.
Artistic Style & Editing
By booking, you acknowledge familiarity with Audrey Tarris Photography’s style and artistic approach. Editing, retouching, and image selection are performed at the photographer’s discretion. RAW or unedited images are never delivered.
Copyright & Image Usage
Audrey Tarris Photography retains the copyright to all images created. Clients receive a personal-use license for purchased images unless otherwise specified in a commercial agreement. Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for arriving on time, prepared, and with all necessary participants present. Delays caused by the client may reduce shooting time without refund or extension.
Limitation of Liability
Audrey Tarris Photography will take all reasonable steps to deliver services and products as agreed. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client. The photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, acts of nature, venue restrictions, or third-party service failures.
Travel & Destination Sessions
For sessions outside of the Las Vegas area, travel fees may apply and will be disclosed in advance. Destination clients acknowledge that local regulations, permits, or location access may affect session logistics.

All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Audrey Tarris Photography and may not be copied or used without permission.
Changes to These Terms
Audrey Tarris Photography reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
