SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Audrey Tarris Photography through my website at AudreyTarrisPhotography.com, or via my scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

 

2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," I will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from me. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and I will resume sending SMS messages to you.

 

3. Support Information: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or contact me at studio@audreytarris.com or call (773) 415-8685 during business hours.

 

4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

5. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from me and to me from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

 

6. Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

 

7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

I comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.

This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Audrey Tarris Photography ("COMPANY," "I", "me" or "my"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Audrey Tarris Photography.

 

Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Artwork & Product Orders

All artwork and product orders are final once an order has been placed and work has begun on the order. Because each order involves custom artwork and personalized services, including image selection, retouching, editing, album design, artwork design, and other custom work, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once work has begun.

 

This policy applies regardless of whether the order has been submitted to a professional lab or entered physical production. Once I have begun work on an order, payments are non-refundable.

 

I encourage clients to carefully review their selections and ask any questions before placing an order. Once an order has been placed, I will begin the custom design and creation process based on the selections made at the time of ordering.

 

Requests for changes after work has begun may be accommodated at my discretion and may be subject to additional design, retouching, or production fees. Requests for changes do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

 

Client Use of Purchased Images

When digital images are purchased or included, the client is granted a license to use the purchased images for their intended personal or commercial purposes, as applicable to the type of images and services purchased.

 

Clients may download, print, share, post, and otherwise use their purchased digital images for personal purposes. When images are purchased for professional or commercial use, the client may also use those images for their own business, website, social media, marketing, advertising, promotional materials, publications, and other business-related purposes.

 

The purchase of digital images does not transfer copyright ownership. Copyright and ownership of the original photographic work remain with Audrey Tarris Photography.

 

The client may not sell, license, transfer, or otherwise provide the purchased images to another person or business for their own commercial use without written permission from Audrey Tarris Photography. Images may not be substantially altered, edited, or manipulated in a way that changes the artistic integrity of the original work.

 

Any specific commercial-use limitations or licensing terms agreed upon at the time of purchase will take precedence over these general terms.
